P-309 is a professional steam cleaning machine that, with its 3 available functions and 9-bar pressure, allows deep sanization of all surfaces.

It is a special, powerful, and robust machine equipped with a high-pressure dry steam jet that can be used alone or together with detergent dispensing.
This enables the removal of the toughest dirt while minimizing the use of chemicals.

The included vacuum cleaner allows immediate drying of surfaces by collecting solids and liquids inside the large stainless-steel tank.

P-309‘s dry steam combined with the Power Jet function cleans even the most challenging surfaces.

The boiler, a key component for steam production, is protected by Maxima’s special technologies to prevent lime scale blockages, ensuring efficient operation over the years. In the P-309 model, it can be cleaned from above using a special accessory that uses the vacuum motor to remove water and lime scale. Cleaning on your own with a simple gesture.
